We try to do all we can to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Step 1: Send us the artwork as a vector PDF (we can create artwork if required)
Step 2: We send you an artwork mock up to make sure you’re happy with sizing, placement, etc
Step 3: We arrange payment
Step 4: You provide the items to be engraved or we arrange the blanks (eg. custom metal tags)
Step 5: We complete the engraving and send the order to you
It’s that simple!
This process can easily be done remotely or it can be done in person if you’d like to book an appointment to see us.
We run large volumes of variable data directly from spreadsheets which allows you to quickly compile huge orders without the need to create individual artwork for each item.
This process means the job can be run quickly and with very little possibility of errors as there’s no requirement for human intervention from item to item. All the data is taken directly from the spreadsheet and sent to the laser engraver.
This also applies to QR Codes and Bar Codes!
If you need a different bar code or QR code on every item then all you need to provide is the list of codes in a spreadsheet and we’ll be able to create these codes for you.
We can also reverse the colours of the codes so the engraving can be done on a black tag that engraves white. This means both QR codes and Bar Codes will easily be read by all standard readers.
